I never received my registration link(s)?

After you made your purchase, my system automatically sent you a “Welcome Email” that contains your account information that you need to login to the members area. This email was sent to the email address associated with making your payment.

PLEASE make sure to check your inbox for the “Welcome Email”

Sometimes it will end up in the SPAM or JUNK folder so please make sure you check those folders before sending an email to ask for your login info.

Sometimes the email comes instantly, sometimes it takes up to 5-10 mins to arrive. So please wait up to 10 mins before sending an email asking for your login info.

 

My videos are choppy and won’t load correctly!

All of our videos are served up from Amazon.com’s S3 hosting service and should play fine no matter where you are located on planet earth. If you are having playback issues, please refresh your page and view the video again. A slow connection between our server and your computer can usually be fixed by simply refreshing the page.

Sometimes viewing the page on a different web browser might help. (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome)

 

My download links aren’t working!

A download link issue can usually be resolved with one of the following:

  • Try disabling your browser’s popup blocker as it could be blocking the download. Please try to “Right Click > Save As”.
  • Try temporarily disabling your system’s anti spyware or virus protection as it could be mistaking our files for viruses.
  • Try another browser such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Firefox. Sometimes a particular browser will cause download issues for whatever reason.
